3 YEARS AGO I WENT TO A PAIN AND SPINE AT KASMAN PRESY. FOR 20 YEARS THEY TREATED MY PAIN. MY PAIN LEVEL WOULD BE APROX 7 AND SOMETIMES AOT HIGHER . I LAID IN HOME IN BED CRYING BECAUSE MY PAIN WAS SO HIGH.MY QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ME AND FAMILY WAS WORSE THAN TERRIBLE.
THEN 3 YEARS AND A FEW MONTHS I WENT TO MORDEN PAIN. AFTER ABOUT A MONTH I WAS WALKING DONG LIGHT HOUSE WORK. AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS
I COULD DO LIGHT CHORES OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT 4 TO 6 HOURS A DAY.
DEPENDING ON THE CHORES MY PAIN STILL RASISES.
DR MANOLIA AND DR MERSHES AND GREG PA. GAVE ME LIFE OUTSIDE THE BED. IF I GAVE DOCTORS AND ALL THE STAFF 19 MILLION THANKS WOULD BE TO FEW THANKS.

The issue is not with the providers. It is absolutely with billing and billing system. I navigate this for my mother-in-law and it is the worst. No one person can actually say what she owes. I have an idea what it may be, but can't get anyone to confirm. This is only if you can get someone to call you back after leaving messages. We were told we are not able to make follow up appointments until they can figure out what was cash pay, medicare pay, and the prior authorization that was needed or might be needed. Can not ever get a clear answer from anyone. The worst is the patient portal is not accurate with billing information. It has change the information several times and some information that was accessible before is no longer seen. Every text and bill received has had different amounts on it with no explanation. Requested an itemized bill to be sent to me. I received an email with several attachments some with different balance amounts for the same date of service. At one point I was able to view this on the patient portal and now its now where to found. The providers are ok. The billing system and communication gets an "F" Please figure out what is happening and fix it.

I'll have to agree with others that the staff here is professional and compassionate. My beef is with the billing department. They just sent me an invoice for $29. Not a large amount, but I do not owe them one red cent. I have paid all the copays as required. Now they are telling me I owe monies from last year and last visit and so on. It's not the amount it's the principle. This is price gouging. If this is how they run their business, maybe they shouldn't be in business if they are going to fleece seniors.

Dr.Sharifi really cares about his patients he is kind and professional.He calls you when you need refills making it easier to get the help you need to remove all physical pain. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr.Menole is a doctor who cares for his parents in a personal way his main objective is to take away there pain and that he does with his professional approach to medicine
